Jeff Carpenter is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (B.A., Political Science, 1994). He graduated from the 93rd North Carolina State Highway Patrol Basic School and served as a North Carolina State Trooper from 1994 to 2000 before graduating from Campbell University (J.D., Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, 2003). He is admitted to practice by the North Carolina State Bar and the U.S. District Court, Western District of North Carolina. He is a member of the Anson County and North Carolina Bar Associations; and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. His practice areas include criminal defense; DWI defense; family law; personal injury; and general civil litigation.

Mike Flake is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (B.S., Business Administration - Kenan Flager School of Business, 2000) and Campbell University (J.D., cum laude, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, 2003). He is admitted to practice by the North Carolina State Bar. He is a member of the Anson County, North Carolina and American Bar Associations. He serves as counsel for the Anson County Board of Education. His practice areas include commercial and residential real estate; criminal defense; wills; estates; and traffic.
